Two divisions · One accountable team

Shipping and tank storage services

Freight forwarding by sea, road and air with customs and documentation in-house, and bulk liquid storage with terminal handling, blending and inspection. Choose one division or let them work together on the same parcel.

Division 01 — Shipping

Freight forwarding with the paperwork already in hand

We move general cargo, project cargo, hazardous goods and ISO tanks. Whatever the mode, the documentation, classification and customs position are settled before the cargo departs.

Sea freight

FCL and LCL ocean movements, breakbulk and project cargo, booked through Rotterdam and other North Sea and deep-sea gateways. We select the service that fits your deadline and budget rather than a single preferred carrier.

  • FCL, LCL and part-load bookings
  • Breakbulk, out-of-gauge and project cargo
  • ISO tank and flexitank movements

Road freight

Groupage and full-truck loads across the Benelux, Germany, France and onward European destinations. Curtainsider, flatbed, reefer and ADR-equipped vehicles, with collection windows that match your loading dock.

  • Full truck load and groupage
  • ADR and temperature-controlled transport
  • Road tanker and ISO tank haulage

Air freight

When a production line stops or a contract penalty looms, air freight via Schiphol buys you days. Standard, express and charter options with pickup, screening, customs and final-mile delivery included.

  • Consolidated and direct air services
  • Express and time-definite options
  • Dangerous goods by air (IATA DGR)

Customs clearance

Import and export declarations, T1 and T2 transit, union and common transit, preference and origin claims, and representation before the Dutch customs authority. We classify goods correctly the first time.

  • Import and export declarations
  • T1 / T2 and union transit
  • Tariff classification and preference

Export documentation

The document set that actually clears: bills of lading, sea waybills, CMR consignment notes, air waybills, certificates of origin, EUR.1 and ATR movement certificates, packing lists and commercial invoices.

  • Bills of lading, CMR and AWB
  • Certificates of origin and EUR.1
  • Letters of credit document packs

Warehousing & distribution

Short and medium-term storage of packed and palletised cargo, cross-docking, order picking, labelling and onward distribution throughout the Benelux and Germany, coordinated with your storage parcel.

  • Cross-docking and groupage consolidation
  • Labelling, repacking and order picking
  • Final-mile distribution and POD

Documentation discipline

The cheapest delay is the one that never happens

A container held at a border for a missing certificate costs more than the freight. Our documentation desk works to a fixed checklist per trade lane and per commodity, so your file is complete before the truck arrives at the terminal gate.

For hazardous goods we prepare transport documents to ADR and IMDG requirements, confirm packaging and labelling, and make sure the receiving site has the safety data sheet it needs to accept the delivery.

Division 02 — Tank storage

Bulk liquid storage, handled to a fixed procedure

Every parcel we accept — whether it stays for a week or a year — moves through the same sequence: reception, measurement, storage, optional blending, inspection and release.

Bulk liquid storage

Dedicated and segregated tank storage for chemicals, solvents, oils, fuels and food-grade liquids. Tanks assigned by compatibility, volume and temperature requirement, with stock held for your account.

Tank farm operations

Day-to-day tank farm management: gauging and inventory reconciliation, temperature monitoring, pump and line transfers between tanks, ullage control and pipeline scheduling around vessel and truck calls.

Terminal handling

Vessel discharge and loading through terminal connections, road tanker and ISO tank filling and emptying, drum and IBC operations, and co-ordination of berth windows with the port and the vessel agent.

Blending & homogenisation

In-tank and in-line blending to your specification — additive dosing, viscosity and specification adjustment, and circulation to homogenise a parcel before dispatch. Each blend is recorded and sampled.

Inspection & sampling

Pre-transfer and post-transfer sampling, retained samples, independent surveyor coordination, quantity and quality verification, and certificates of analysis issued against the released parcel.

Safety & compliance

Product segregation, hazardous area controls, permits to work, emergency response arrangements, spill containment and personnel training — with the records kept for audit.

Better together

When shipping and storage are one service

Most of our clients start with one division and end up using both. Here is why that combination removes cost and risk.

No demurrage surprises

A parcel that cannot be delivered on arrival is stored under our control instead of accruing demurrage at a port or sitting on a hired tank container. Reception is planned against your delivery schedule.

One document trail

Bills of lading, customs entries, terminal receipts, tank gauges, analysis certificates and release notes all refer to the same parcel reference. Reconciliation does not depend on matching three companies' records.

Blend and dispatch in one step

Product arrives by vessel, is blended to specification in the tank, then moves out by road tanker or ISO tank on our own forwarding instruction — without leaving our custody in between.
