Modular Process Plant — Antwerp to Singapore
Four refinery modules totalling 1,180 tonnes, engineered, seafastened and shipped on a semi-submersible from Antwerp. Route surveys and lift plans were completed before steel was cut, and all four modules arrived inside the commissioning window.

Featured Project
Modular Refinery Plant — Antwerp to Singapore
A refinery operator needed four process modules delivered to a Singapore construction site inside a fixed commissioning window. The modules were over-width, over-height and individually too heavy for standard break-bulk handling. Shipping them conventionally would have required the fabrication yard to split each module further — an expensive and schedule-damaging change.
We engaged during the fabrication phase. Our engineers completed route surveys on the Antwerp side, confirmed quay load-bearing capacity, and agreed module break points with the fabrication yard that kept lift weights inside a single crane configuration. All four modules were seafastened to a marine warranty surveyor’s approval and shipped on one semi-submersible sailing.
- 1,180 tonnes across four modules on one sailing
- Route surveys and lift plans completed before fabrication
- Zero re-work at the fabrication yard
- Delivered inside the 14-week commissioning window

What Customers Say About the Results
“
We moved three parcels of gasoil through Arjunas last year and the terminal discipline is genuinely different — ullage reports on the same shift, samples sealed and certified, and no demurrage surprises. Their desk answers at 02:00 during a discharge, which is exactly when you need it.

Storing food-grade oils demands segregated lines and a spotless audit trail. Arjunas allocated dedicated stainless tankage and we passed our customer audit without a single finding. The documentation is the cleanest we work with.

They chartered and handled a 12,000 tonne coastal movement for us on short notice, then coordinated the barge discharge into tank. One contract, one invoice, and one point of contact for the whole chain. That combination is rare.
